Walt Hogan, MA Human Resource Development/Instructional Design

Consulting Partner

Walt Hogan is a credentialed Executive Leadership Coach who holds the Professional Coaching Credential (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also an accredited certified Organizational Development (OD) consultant and facilitator whose additional expertise is in the areas of leadership, management and team development, as well as staff development.

Walt’s other expertise’s are in the areas of career development and performance management, conflict management, inclusion awareness and strategic customer satisfaction development. He also serves as on call Senior facilitator and executive Coach with Performance Plus International, Inc. where he offers coaching, training and human resource development consulting services.

For over 25 years Walt has provided a wide range of OD, human resource development (HRD) and executive leadership coaching interventions for both Federal, local government, non-profit and private enterprises.

Walt held in several managerial positions in both the State of Virginia and the County of Fairfax. In addition, he has held several senior management positions within Cable and Wireless (C&W), a multinational telecommunication company based in the United Kingdom. At C&W Walt coached professionals utilizing 360° multi-rater instruments.

Walt has provided OD consultation and executive and leadership coaching for Federal, local government, for-profit and non-profit organizations such as the National Gallery of Art, FDIC, Commodity Futures Trading Commission OJP, USDA ERS, GSA FSA, DOT, Homeland Security, NIH, FAA, FOH, NIH, WMATA, Veteran Administration, The Smithsonian Institute, Loudoun County Government, Chesterfield County Government, City of Philadelphia, Public Health Association, American Psychological Association, International Republican Institute, SOMOS, China Telecom America, Vonage and Cable and Wireless plc.
